Not that I know of. The amount will vary depending on how long it's been since last time. And of course there might be considerable variation among individuals.

The short answer is, "No!" However, I can't help but wonder what might be behind the question. Do you typically ejaculate a lot of fluid? Typical would be between a teaspoon and a tablespoon. Most guys would probably agree that the more the better. The only real problem with ejaculating a lot of fluid would be containment and cleanup. Are you concerned that you might be loosing too much fluid? You can't dehydrate yourself by ejaculating. If that's your concern, then just drink a glass of water before and/or after and you'll be fine. Are you concerned that are ejaculating so frequently that you may be damaging something? You can't damage any of your sexual organs by repeatedly ejaculating. In fact, the reverse is true. The more you ejaculate, the better it is for your sexual organs. Your prostate particularly benefits from frequent ejaculation. The more you ejaculate between the ages of 20 and 50, the less likely you'll develop prostate cancer. Are you concerned that you might use up all of your semen? If you are ejaculating very often, then you can temporarily run out of semen; your body can only produce so much at a time. You can also temporarily run out of sperm. Although you wouldn't know this without looking at your semen under a microscope or because you were unable to cause a pregnancy within a reasonable period of time. However, both of these are temporary. If you stop ejaculating for a day or two, you'll build your supply right back up again. I hope some of this is helpful.

Yes, you can! My husband had a semen analysis done and we got the results yesterday. The doctor says it is very rare, but while his count/motility/morphology is all perfect, he ejaculates 3 times as much fluid as the average man. The average man ejaculates 3-5mL, while my husband has 10mL. This extra fluid can dilute the sperm and make it difficult to get pregnant. He said there is no cure or treatment for this, but his patients that have this problem have great success by using the pull-out method. Since most of the sperm is in the first couple of spurts, pull out after that and that should take care of the problem.
