Do all bones contain bone marrow?

    No. Marrow is found in the medullar cavity of long bones (i.e. femur or thigh bone). Some bones (short bones, i.e. the ones of the fingers, the tiny bones in the inner ear, etc.) do not have the medullar cavity and therefore, no bone marrow.
