The middle toe on my left foot is the longest toe, but on the right foot it is my big toe that is longest. Why is this and is this normal?

    your middle toe does not have the pressure on it ,because the right foot takes the most weight when you walk.

    Perfectly normal. I have the same thing with my toes, and my dad said it was all genetic and nothing to worry about.
