You're reading I really need to get better dribbling with my left hand. And i've tried everything from 2-ball drills and tennis ball drills and none of them seem to be working. Can you give me some drills to help me and maybe some tips?? I only have a couple of months b

Old coach used to set up chairs in a staggered row on the gym floor for us to run dribbling drills through. (Btw, did you see "Hoosiers"?) You can run through them using either hand and alternating. Actually, physiologists say it is better to alternate often. Something about the brain's becoming more diversified.
