Vitamin F found in sunflower seeds will help to strengthen hair. Vitamin F for acne, allergies, dry skin, brittle hair, eczema and brittle nails. You will have to consult your doctor or health food consultant to ask about dosage. A mixture of plain yogurt and egg before you shampooing might help too. If colour treatment has caused your hair to be brittle you need to use a shampoo and conditioner for colour treated hair. Brittle hair is not normal and you may have an underlying medical problem so check with a doctor if that’s the case.

Often enough people with brittle hair just need a good trim. :) Trim every 2-3 months for silky hair.

Rub Coconut Oil in your hair every evening before you go to bed and wash out in the morning (or you'll have very greasy hair all day). Coconut Oil it one of natures most nourishing oils, its great for skin, making it soft and smooth without causing ache and you can also cook with it. It contains cholesterol (which your body does actualy need) in a form that doesn't clog arteries because it has a very low melting point i.e. below 37 degrees celsius. The Coconut Oil will give your hair a soft, shiny appearance and feel while making it more elastic so it can deal with all that rushing! You can usually find Coconut Oil in all good health food shops and in some natural cosmetic shops. You should also consider finding a Coconut Oil based shampoo and soap as most other soaps (except for Olive Oil based soaps) can be a slight irritant (usually the reason you feel more clean from normal soaps is because it has taken every oil away from your skin which leaves your skin dry and open to all kinds of diseases and ailments. Good Luck!
