Five-Hundred (08 model will be named the Taurus): The Ford is selling worse than a Hummer in Rome, so you could get yourself a good deal on it, since the dealers want to get them off the lot. I haven't driven it but it should be a decent car. As a rule I stay away from Ford, but it's a personal thing. Get an extended warranty on a ford. Oh ya, and you might want to marry one of the mechanics because you'll be seeing them a lot. Parts and labour should be cheap and plentiful, except for model-specific parts (lights, etc) since it's such a low-volume car. Camry: Driven the top model (XLS, XE or something) and it was pretty good. Lots of power but I hate the transmission (no guts off the line - it seems to lag). Handles nicely and well known for reliability. I don't like the e-brake system but that's personal. Seats don't hold you in very well so you slide a lot if you get leather seats. Selling well so don't expect to get a bargain like the ford. Toyota parts can vary from cheap to expensive so it's hard to speak on their price. Labour will be fairly expensive at a dealer. Remember though that you won't be visiting them much for anything other than scheduled maintenance. Worth a test drive. 300: Haven't driven it but I've sat in a few. Decent layout, but they only look good if you dress them up (top model or spend $$ on upgrades in the aftermarket). Don't get a white base model because it looks bad. Chrysler is sort of on the fence right now, so they will be willing to cut you a deal. They are selling *fairly* well so the parts cost shouldn't be an issue, and you should see a good selection of them on dealer lots. Labour will be medium price, but the beauty of domestics is that any shop can work on them. Get an extended warranty on any domestic vehicle, this one included. Worth a test drive but keep your options open. I own a 2000 Intrepid and can attest to the fact that Chrysler uses VERY cheap parts inside and out, so don't expect everything to last without IMMACULATE maintenance. Hope this helps, Good luck

Toyota will be the most heavly produced of the three cars most likely, and most likely the most durable. I'd say go Toyota, although I myself perfer large american pickup trucks and Lincoln Town Cars / Mercury Grands.
