Help answer this question below.

When i upload a video on youtube, it says the limit is 10 minutes, but i`ve seen 15 minute videos. What gives?

    the limit is ten minutes for normal accounts.
    in order to exceed the normal time limit, you must sign up for the partner program,
    by going to youtube.com/partnerprogram. you're account will then be sent to the youtube team. and you will have to wait a while to see if you've been excepted.

    There use to not be a limit. It is something that is new. As for how new I am not quite sure.
