  • No I sure wouldn't. It's probably one of the most unhealthy places to eat actually.
  • Absolutely not. I stopped eating fast food for a while and when I went back I headed straight for Taco Bell. I felt sick.
  • If you just chew the food and not swallow it. Then it's just as healthy.
  • Healthy no, but I eat there anyway, can't resist
  • No not really. I better recommend Subway more than Taco Bell. It is really unhealthy to eat there with the sweetner fats that they put in the meat anyways.
  • Sorry! Duplicate. BACON!
  • Nope, never in a million years. It's one of my favorites.
  • Gosh no.
  • No, of course it's not healthy.
  • No way.. My ex use to work there and he said that they put lard in there beans... He didn't eat there when he worked there...
  • In a manner of speaking, yes. After I eat at a TB, I always get the runs, so I know their food is good for a colon purge, regardless of whatever nutritional content they might offer. Whenever I run out of Kolon Klenz, I head for TB.
  • Fuck No!!!! I don't kow about you but I don't think eating meat that's been bathing in oil and greese is too healthy!
  • I would not consider it a healty place to eat. However it is possible to eat a few healthy-ish choices on the menu. Side order of Pinto Beans with cheese is cal 160, fat6g fiber 7g- (thats not too bad even if it does have lard.) or a simple bean burrito with the cheese cal 350, Fat 9g, fiber 8g http://www.yum.com/nutrition/menu.asp?brandID_Abbr=5_TB
  • The last time my husband and I ate at one we both got an awful stomach ache followed by diarrhea and we both had the taco salad. And have never seen any of the cooks wear gloves so that disgusts me too.
  • Imma quite eating there.
  • nope, those crazies that work at the one near me are proof positive to never go there.
  • Not at all. Everything is over-processed and fatty, lots of simple carbs. Not good quality meat or cheese. It's fast food!
  • I recently had food there.. Nothing happened to me but it was really disgusting to see none of the food wrapping cooks, were wearing gloves... I'm not gonna go to that shi**y place anymore!!!! btw, the location of the store was at the intersection of Taylorsville Road and Brekenridge Lane @ Louisville KY
  • I saw a sign in Taco Hell once that said "We proudly serve USDA inspected meat" Notice they said "Inspected" not "Grade A" They proclaimed on a SIGN that their meat failed quality control tests... No. Never will I eat that crap again.
  • I would. They got an unfair rap because of media coverage of a bad location. (rats, etc.) Their menu has become much healthier and their canned fat-free refried beans are excellent. Good low-gas fiber. Their open containers move fast enough that they stay fresh. My opinion is based on only one or two locations. If you've got a badly managed or dirty location dont go there.
  • compared to the rest, they seem the least fattening(unless you add nacho cheese, and sour cream lol)
  • Not only is it not healthy, it's not even real Mexican food.
  • Well, I guess if you consider that you can order your food fresco style, that has no cheese and a tomato topping on it instead. It's really good! I guess you can make your food healthier, not all fast food places offer that option.
