drink plenty of fluids...no beer lol...and take about 6 pills a day...work out 2 it'll sweat out of u...thc sticks to ur fat...hense why niacin burns ur body when u take it, and excircising will burn it out 2

im duen it right nw .. ive ben taking 1 500mg flush free pill everyday ..todays ben my fourth day . i got it frm walmart . im about to take aa hme piss test tmrrw or the day after to see if i pass it or not & i'll let u know . i've been applying fr jobs and im cleaning out my system because i am detrmined to get a job . im a 19 yr old female ..138 pounds..5'7 .. and smk weed everyday .

If you already know regular niacin works, then why not just use that? Anything that boosts your metabolism should work just as well, also.

Yes flush free was all i could find and i take 5- 6 a day, space them out. I had a UA yesterday and was negitive and guess what, i smoked barely an hour before this test and also did half a pill (Roxicodone) the day before. I take the flush free niacin along with 10 - 14 cranberry pills a day, i take the cranberry two at a time and drink a bottle of water with each, i also take short runs just to burn off some extra but i cant run far or long since the weed and a pack of ports a day, but one last thing drink a red bull not cold almost room temperture before you go in to, this puts some color in your urine and also has niacin in it, n if you can (i couldnt my guy was a dick) dont use the first or last bit of urine, use the middle stream because most toxin are in the first and last drops, I couldnt do that but i still passed. Still the best way is not do drugs, this has made me slow down but for now I aint stoppin SSHHIITT!5,11 160lbs male datkidfrompasco
