Not at all. Anyone who wants to be on the show knows they are going to be yelled at, insulted, and humiliated. Further, most of the viewers watch because of the insults.

No, I think that if you can't stand the heat, get out of Hell's Kitchen. Most of the men deserved it. Instead of thinking how much better they are than the women, maybe they should start cooking. If you want to be a chef (which comes from the word chief, meaning the leader) you have to have authority and speak out, lead people. You can't let them run allover you and be small in stature AND voice and attitude. Yu must show yu can run a kitchen, be chief. He didn't at all but I do think it was Aaron who should have gone but the guy doing the nominating may be keeping Aaron behind and with them so that there will be someone worse than him in some other test. Aaron should have gone home.

No...they have obviously seen the show and know how Ramsay acts. It's only a matter of time before EVERYONE gets told. I think he is highly entertaining.
