When a neighbor's rotten tree falls down onto my my property, who is rersponsible for cleaning up the trees? (No damage to property, just a dead and a live tree in my yard.)

    I would say your neighbor - Though to keep peace ask them if they could help you or say you'll be glad to give them a hand

    Sounds like the neighbor is a fault, particularly if the tree is rotten, because that indicates that neighbor was not taking responsibility for the maintenance of the tree.
