I try my best, determined,dedicated and loyal to family and friends (at least try my hardest) but people i talk to face to face dont recognize it when ive sacrificed anything i could to help. Am i doing anything wrong? the robertson curse i geuss.

I've pretty much given up on getting recognition for sacrifices etc. Maybe from time to time but for the most part people seem to just think that you're doing what you've gotta do and that's that.

Giving without recognition can be a hard thing at times but you know in your heart that you have sacrificed to help out a friend who needed it. That right there is your reward. Feeling good about who you are and the way you conduct yourself is something that not many people get to experience, you should consider that a gift not a curse. For all the people that failed to tell you... Thank you! The world needs people like you.
