You are having a reaction to something in the type of fruit you are eating. This happens to me when I eat citrus type fruits. Ask your doctor to check you for allergies. I just try to stay away from lots at one time. (This may sound weird, but.....If I crave a oranges or orange juice, and indulge myself, I develop sores too...but if I can keep myself from eating it I'm OK.)
