    The answer is "A"

    1) I found this: (uses of the letter "A")
"Au tennis, on l'utilise pour indiquer l'égalité: Successivement, 15 A, 30 A, 40A. On dit aussi partout ou égalité."
Translation: "In tennis, you use it to indicate the equality: successively, 15A, 30A, 40A. One says also "partout" (everywhere) or "égalité" (equality)"

    2) I found also this:
"égalité; Définition : Score annoncé dans un jeu après la perte d'un avantage par l'un des joueurs."
"Quand le score passe de 40-30 à 40-40, l'arbitre annonce: "40A" et non "égalité"."
Translation: "égalité" Definition: Score announced in a game after the loss of an advantage by one of the players. When the score goes from 40-30 to 40-40, the referee announces "40A" and not "égalité"

    try this link...

    http://french.about.com/od/vocabulary/a/tennis.htm

'partout' = all (or everywhere, in certain usage)
    pronounced "par-too"
example, 'quinze partout' = 15 all

    hope that helps!
