You can't actually "make out" with the ladies of Vice City, you can only pick up prostitutes and pay for their services. To do this you must first get a fairly decent car and drive up to a prostitute, usually between the hours of 9 and 12 pm. Just park the car right by her and honk your horn til she comes to your window. If she gets in, drive to a grassy area and wait for a bit. The car should begin to rock up and down. While it does, notice that your health increases, so this is also a useful powerup.

There is no visible sex scene like there was in a mod for San Andreas, however you can pick up hookers by getting in a regular car (not including police vehicles, or anything of government sorts). You then drive to a secluded area and let her do what she does best! PS: It costs a dollar for every second your in the car with her so spend your money wisely.

There's a code that makes the women follow you everywhere, and if you get into a fight with the cops or gangs they fight for you lol! it's... O X L1 L1 R2 X X O TRIANGLE have fun lol! it only works for vice city though, not vice city stories.
