    I have been using biloba for a few years I dont seem any smarter but maybe without it I would be senile who knows

    I recently read that there is no evidence that it helps with any brain processes period. It's a waste of money.

    increased blood flow and slight increases in metabolism are sometimes seen among ginkgo biloba users. in contrast to other medicines or exercise, it's effect pales in comparison.
