First of all, how would you know in the first place? He may have just trashed it in the bin, how would you know who reads the stuff in the first place and if they have photocopied it 10 or 100 times? If he threw it in the bin, then anyone can retrive it I suppose. Perhaps you didn't win this job this time so they kept the info just in case the first person didn't work out, so they can contact you again in the near future. Perhaps you came out as a dill at the interview, so they kept a copy of your file on their books in case they advertised again in the future, they could then state, whow man, don't invite him again, he was a DH. Once you send any info to anyone, what can you do? If you don't supply a resume, you certainly won't get the job, if you do???? Look at it another way, you have a minor smash with ya car regardless of who's at fault, you exchange all the details with the other driver as per required by law, What can you or the other driver use each others info for?
