The Unitarian Universalist Association (United States) reports around 271,000 members, while the International Council of Unitarians and Universalists (worldwide) claims slightly less. Combine the two, and you could conservatively say 500,000. However, they themselves claim at least 600,000 (from http://www.adherents.com/Na/i_u.html).
