Help answer this question below.

I have a young kitten (14 weeks) and he has a peeing problem... eg not going in his litterbox, but everywhere else. what can i do to get him to stop? he digs in the box but 5 mins later he will go on the carpet in the bedroom

    put him in a room with a tile floor and cover the floor with newspaper, put the litterbox in the room with him and leave him be. He'll soon figure out that it's preferable to use the box than to pee on the floor and then have to lie/step/sit in it.
