I think I may be losing my job soon. I have vaction days built up, as well as sick days, and floating holidays. Which will I get paid out on and which will I not?

You will get your vacation time most likely, but I wouldn't count on the sick days since I know my company has that policy. Do you still have a handbook floating around?

you should get paid on everything you have built up.It is the law. they have to pay you all that you are intilttled to.
