I'm guessing high protein because water sports build muscle...and it also makes u hungry. Without eating crap, protein helps fight the hunger. Before being in water eat a little junk food...i heard swimmers do that because they end up burning off quickly or sumthing like that.
watersports are no diets cause they dont make u sweat but they do make u easily hungry
