They can irritate them and if you only have a small problem with the occasional stray wandering in, then they can help a little. If you live in a wooded area and have many hungry mice looking for food they will do little or nothing to prevent them. I tried them in my grandmother's home in the country and saw no noticeable difference.

Lol seems like ive answered this ? a few times today. However ill give ya the same answer. To date there has been no scientific research suggesting that electronic devices are capable of repelling insects or rodents.
