  • You're probably not done growing, but on the flipside, you probably ain't going to grow much more.
  • 21 is the age men stop growing and really start dying. I believe its 23 for women. You might - MIGHT get one more inch.
  • guys grow til they're about 20 or 21. if your arm span is 5'10 that's probably about how tall you'll be.
  • Men don't generally stop growing entirely before about age 21. However, you are also unlikely to grow very much more. Just a bit. Try to learn to be satisfied with your height - it doesn't define who you are.
  • yeah, you can still grow, one of my friends shot up over the summer between graduation and college. Drink lots of milk and take you vitamins and exercise to stretch your muscles and bones out and you'll grow some more! :o)
  • Personally, I wouldn't worry about such things. There are things in life about which you have control and things about which you have no control. Worry about the things that you can control. Those things you can change. If you spend your life worrying about the things that you can't control, then you are going to be miserable. If you learn to simply accept the thing that you can't control, then you will be much happier in your life.
  • Yes, in some special cases, males can grow till 25, but rare. Most men grow until 18-19. You finish developement of muscles, sexual organs, brain & other areas around age 25.
  • You have your main growth spurt (for a male) before the age of 18, after that, you may continue to grow slowly up until the age of 22. It's possible to keep growing at a slow rate until 24 in some cases. I'm afraid now that you're 18, you won't grow much more, but if you wish to help it out, add more calcium and protein to you diet by drinking fresh milk and protien-rich meats like beef. It won't garantee you'll grow, but it's always a potentially helpful factor. Hope that helps. I can really sympathise, I'm 18 and 5 foot 8 myself. :)
  • i think the rule of your wingspan=your height is bull. the general rule of your foot length= forearm length holds true but the wingspan= height rule is usually wrong. btw, having a 5,10" wingspan at 5,5" is nothing unusual. a lot of people out there (if you watch them closely) have pretty damn long arms and their wingspan would almost certainly be at least 2-3 inches longer than their height! btw, i know somebody who has 8,1" wingspan at 7,3 (doing the simple math, that means his wingspan is about 10 inches longer than his height or his wingspan: height ratio is a whooping 1.11!). your wingspan to height ratio is roughly 1.08. btw, you might not end up growing at all, so be thankful that you got the 'monkey arms' syndrome. it can be so helpful in most sports where a longer reach is a huge advantage.
  • you just got long arms...btw people of the same height can vary considerably in arm length and having a wingspan that's significantly longer than your own height is nothing unusual. i use to have a friend who's 7,2" and ha a 8,1" wingspan (his is almost a foot longer than his own height)!
  • I think that ur wingspam is really ur true height, but most people while going through growth spurt, lack vitamins , exercise etc, which prevents them from reaching true height
  • You can Add some inches .Do some streatching exercises.I'm 24 and I've grown 1.5" since I was 18.
