  • lunchmeat, cheese, celery with bleu cheese dressing or guacamole, hard boiled eggs, pickles, olives.
  • First of all, there's really no way to do a NO carb diet, since pretty much everything (except meat) contains some kind of carbohydrate. I'd recommend a nice garden salad topped with some chicken, steak, or shrimp. Just make sure the dressing is low carb (generally 2 carbs or less per serving is considered "low carb"). Another thing to try is a slice of cheese wrapped around some ham, turkey, or roast beef slices with mayo or mustard and a pickle spear (I sometimes stuff mine with lettuce or sprouts, too). Egg salad made with mayo (check the labels, some mayo is made with sugar. Duke's is one brand that is totally sugar free) and celery, chicken salad, tuna salad (made without sweet relish - you can chop up some dill pickles if you like the pickley taste). Even something simple like a couple of hard boiled eggs and some cut up veggies with ranch dip ( I keep cut up veggies in the fridge at all times in case I need a quick snack). Hope this helps!
