My guess, of all the organized, European-based horse races, would be steeple-chase, although I don't have any stats to provide.
Other horse racing, for example, African or Asian desert type races, I can't comment on.
Steeplechasing i would guess. Scince you have to jump.
HURDLE RACES BECAUSE THE HORSES JUMP BUT RACE ALMOST AS FAST AS FLAT RACES
I concure. Steeple chase or point to point races because they're jumping at such a high rate of speed with so many horses going at one time. It raises the risk of being bumped or falling considerably.
I have been told not to place a bet on a horse race which is a seller but what is a seller?

FWIW, I think you're absolutely right. I love steeplechases, but it is *very* common for jockeys not to complete a course.
