If I cancel a buyer's agent contract and the same house goes on the market as an fsbo can I buy that house and not have to pay my agent any commission fee?

    not for 6 months or longer...the realtor can sue you for the commission and damages.

    now if you have cause to cancel the agreement..such as failing to meet the inspection requirements...and come back in a few months..you might get away with it..but if the realtor finds out..they might sue and could...
