I could probably run quite a ways. Soccer training really helps.

maybe a block - then I'd have an asthma attack... would stumble a little further than fall over, grasping for my nebulizer...

Probably until I fell over (I m a very competative runner) but that would be a fraction of the distance that I would have covered 20 years ago.

Well running has never been something I could do long term. But I can easily jog 2 miles.

Pretty far. I run on a regular basis, for fun.

i am quite physically fit, but i can't run far because i have flat feet and i get shin splints real quick. i can rollerblade for a pretty incredibly long time though, i tell ya what. rollerblading is much easier on the joints.
