I just received an email from the airline saying that they changed the itinerary for our family (5 people ticketed) vacation this month. One flight went from a nonstop, five-hour flight to a one-stop ten-hour flight! I am not happy. What are my options?

you dont really have any, aprt from booking with a new carrier. all tickets hav a law, we (the airline) will get you some place, some how, some time. it can be changed all the time. even if you have paid. your travel agent should of mentioned it to you as part of the terms and conditions -
