Can there be more than one runt in a litter of kittens? Two new ones next door 3 months old and theyre tiny.

Have the two runts gotten enough milk supply from momma cat during the first few weeks? Also, if this is a first pregnancy for the momma, she may produce a smaller litter of kittens as well as kittens who are smaller in size. My main concern would be if these runts are as playful and alert as their siblings.

I have recently adopted a calico "runt of the litter" and she is perfectly fine health-wise and she is one of the sweetest most affectionate cats I have ever had. The other most affectionate cat I had in childhood was also a runt. So, when others might tell you to stay away I highly recommend runts!:)

Are they females? Some female cats can be tiny. I have two very small tortoiseshell females. One of them was the smallest in her litter but also the feistiest and is very healthy.
