perhaps the wate ris a little bit colder than usual, or contains less oxygen. The fish may be trying to conserve oxygen by being lethargic. If you have a thermometer on the side of the tank, you should be able to tell if temperature is the problem pretty quickly - Crank your tank heater up for a little while, untill temp is right. DONT FORGET TO TURN IT BACK DOWN! Bubble lots of air through the water with a commercial oxygenator, or make one with a piece of hose, blocked at one end, lots of small holes starting at the blocked end toward your end (a total length of holes a little bit less than the length of the tank) with the hole-free end of the hose leading out of the tank, and down to a pump of some kind - an electric matress inflator, even a bike pump - a temporary measure to just get the oxygen up for now, untill your normal bubbler can take it from there.
