The toss of a coin decided who would be mayor of a Spanish village after two candidates tied in elections. Do you think that this would be a good way to conduct elections anyway?( humour permitted)

    You know, it does seem like it wouldn't make much difference. And half of the people are always upset. So, why not? And it would save money all around, no campaigning, no horrid commercials on TV, no debates, no voting booth mishaps.
