I would go into control panal and select the add/remove software option. Then I would make sure ITunes is completely uninstalled, then go to the programs file section on your hard drive and delete the ITunes directory.
Then redownload the application and start all over again, hope it helps.
If I transfer apps from one ipod to another, is there a way to also move the progress on the games so I dont have to start over?

Buying Ipod with more memory than current 4G. Will I be able to sync new Ipod to my Itunes library and still use the old 4G on same account?

You're reading When i try to install itunes i get a message saying a dll required for the program to install won't run. the message doesn't specify which dll i need and i'm not too sure how to find out which dll to download. have you got any suggestions?
