My wife and her roommates were given an eviction notice to move out of thier apartment in 60 days. If they vacate the apartment in 30 days are they required to pay rent for the remaining 30 days?

    First of all...If they got a 60 day notice..its not an eviction notice, just a notice to vacate. If there original lease stated that 60 days is required, then yes they would be responsible for the extra 30 days.
