Do I need a real estate license to buy and sell multiple homes?

    Joe-Speedy

    You don't need a license so long as you are the legal owner of each home. You do need one if you are selling someone elses home. At least in Canada anyway.

    In the US, people can buy and sell their own house, as many houses as they own.

    You only need a license to act as an agent buying or selling a house you don't own.
