Why do AB'ers keep changing their names? Do they not realise how confusing it is?

I started on Answerbag with my birth certificate name and i am continuing with the same. Maybe these people do not like their name and Answerbag is the place to change it, without having to go to court.

I think some people like to be a bit like a mysterious, or just get bored easily. I find it confusing also, and won't be altering my name, as I like that people who I have gotten to know, recognise my contributions, as I like to recognise theirs.

The big majority do not change their names, or very rarely, I think. Those who do: - have fun with changing - do not want to be followed, for some reason - want to build themselves another image - have found a new name which they like more - think their name is not appreciated - have already become critics about their name - have changed in their personality

They get tired of their old names or when they signed up it was the only thing they could think of at the time.

Its not the names i have trouble with its people who keep changing avatars. Its even more confusing if people use similar avatars, i get confused who im talking to.

Many change their names to indicate that they are part of something. Myself, Stableboy, CaptSolo and Metaphiz have all changed our names to signify that we are the 'Almighty ones'

I wont be changing mine..Couldnt come up with a nickname thing then..dont forsee thinking up one now..lol
