It all depends on where you are flying, if you are flying in europe then I would suggest Ryan Air or Easy Jet but they mainly deal with flights into/out of the UK/Ireland. If you mean anywhere else in the world, sorry no idea. Try skyscanner.net

In the United States, my wife and i agree that overall, its Southwest Airlines. Be sure to bring a sandwich. no food served.

In the UK: Ryanair are generally the cheapest, closely followed by easyjet - but you do get what you pay for. You can end up flying to airports some distance from where you want to go (or had originally been told you were going!) and have to pay your own coach fare to your destination which bumps up your overall travel costs (Several people I know have landed in Manchester when they should have landed in Stansted and had to pay a fortune in coach fares) They're also very strict about refunds if you can't catch your booked flight for any reason. Overall in my view BA are best value - they are a little more expensive but are much more lenient regarding cancellations and tend to get you to where you want to go (and the planes are more comfortable too!)

Aeroflot - but this is NOT a recommendation.

SouthWest, in the U.S. JetBlue, if you're in the southwestern U.S. Both are low-cost carriers with no amenities, but very decent reputations in terms of staying on schedule. SouthWest doesn't have assigned seats; people board by groups A, B,C,D. You can check in on line 24 hours before your flight and generally get into group A.
-
Probably not the one I would fly.
-
Look up Skybus - it was in today's paper
-
I know that Airtran is cheap, most of the time.
-
Have you tried Expedia.com? Also, I'm not sure where you are going but if you go to www.clarkhoward.com I know he has links to help you find the lowest prices on airline tickets and even international airline tickets.

Dialaflight.com is a website with some great holiday ideas and they have loads of different airline deals. They don't have an online booking portal, which means speaking to one of their sales, but I prefer this as they are well travelled and full of advice.
-
I have had the best results with Orbitz.com I use them all the time. They are easy to get in touch with if there is a problem at the airport and you can print everything you need before you leave to make it hassle free.
-
www.ebookers.com It is the best site to compare all prices and find the best deal!
-
fuck that. go to southwest airlines.com and tell me you found a cheaper rate. you cant. and its open seating. first come first serve.
-
RyanAir is cheap if you are flying from the UK, try www.holidayextras.com for flights and www.parkbcp.co.uk/airport-parking.html if you are looking for parking. Hope this helps
-
Southwest and US Air have some good deals ; BUT you have to shop around for them .... Several different sites will have you flying on the SAME plane ; BUT at different rates ....
-
