Your kitty is sick. He needs to see the vet if at all possible. However, here is what you can do if you can't get to the vets office: Feed the kitten a tiny bit of milk mixed with a tiny amount of Keflex antibiotic. Amoxicillin will work as well. Use no more than 2x the size of the letter O in this text as a gauge per dose and give it to him 2x per day for four days. It is not unusual for kittens to become ill, but because they are so small, they cannot be afford to lose much water from their tiny bodies.
