makes sense to me!
-
if she needs the tax people to queue in at her door for.............!
-
Yes she can, or at least there is a U.S. Tax Court precedent for taking it as a business tax deduction. 10 Craziest Tax Deductions (Deduction #8) http://money.aol.com/kiplingers/tax/ten-oddball-tax-deductions Breast Augmentation To get more tips, a stripper with the stage name "Chesty Love" decided to get breast implants to make her a size 56-FF. A tax court judge allowed Chesty to write off the cost of her operation, equating her new, um, assets to a stage prop.
-
Legally she can only write off her implants if they are a minimum of 1000cc's. The explination behind this is that "housewives" also have breast augmentation surgery. I wasn't able to write mine off because of this.
-
only if they use the tax form 42D.....
-
hahaha best question ever, but i have no good answer for it.
-
I don't see why not. Paper boys can write of bikes as business expenses.
-
Funny! I think they SHOULD be able to.
-
well.........first: are the strippers reporting their income? if yes, then are the implants a 'usual and customary' expense for this line of work? they would have to be able to prove that to the IRS if audited! good question!
-
I am not able to answer your question correctly - but if, then teachers might be able to deduct their dentures. That would open the tax doors wide for other professions....
-
Only to the extent that thay are used exclusively for business are are incapablable of being used for any other purpose. Think of it this way-Leno and Letterman can't deduct business suits, Michael Jackso can deduct his costumes.
-
I should think so as long as they don't list them a sillycones????
