  • You are a young woman, how can a doctor make this kind of statement. The uterus is one big muscle really. I think you doctor is nuts. My advice is to get a second opinion.
  • Well, There is such a thing as Pelvic floor exercises to strengthen one's (Obviously) Pelvic Muscles, so I assume there should be some sort of exercises for it. Ask your Gyno, They should be able to point you in the right direction.
  • Do you mean in the way of incontinence - like after having a baby? Doing Kegels are the best exercise... like tighten up the muscles as though you're stopping your pee midstream.
