No you are not nuts, and no I am not going to do the same thing.
-
Yes you are nuts. I hope you at least read it on a beach!
-
I'm gonna do it!!! I've pre-ordered it. The post has usually come by 10am. My phones will be turned off, and my friends and family have been warned not to come to my door unless it is URGENT. I'm not gonna do anything but read (and maybe pee). Does that mean we're both nutters?
-
You are not nuts, but you could do something while you are waiting.
-
if your nuts, and that makes me the nuttiest girl around! I plan on locking myself in my room and not leaving until I finish the book! That whole week i will be so anxious!
-
Nope your not nuts. I learned in 2005 that someone got really enraged at the fact that some girl simply looked at the front headlines of a newspaper accidentally and it spoiled EVERYTHING about Half Blood Prince. I would be so mad so that's why I chose to not look at any newspapers, magazines, watch television or even go on the internet until I read the last word of that book. I WILL not have it spoiled for me.

Nuts? Of course not, heres my plan: I walk into barnes and noble at 4 PM, pick up a book and read till the line starts. then I am first in line. I wear headphones all this time listening to disturbed/any other hard rock until I get home. Once I have purchased the book I calmly run to my car before anyone can spoil the ending by yelling over my music. k Once at home I turn off every media outlet I own. Cell phone, computer, TV, E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G. I then read the book (with music on so no one can spoil it by yelling through the window) until I'm done. in conclusion, no you're not crazy.

no, you're not nuts:) I was planning on dressing myself up as maybe a Slytherin student (hail Snape!) and stand in line with all the other nutters who would dress up as well and by the book when it got released. turns out my mother preordered it so that plan is spoiled. so I'm gonna do exactly like you;)
-
You are not even close to being the only person doing that.
-
snape is harrys father who actually escaped the attack...there i saved you some time
-
I'm going to get it first thing in the morning and read as far as I can before my kids get up.
-
I pre-ordered the book and will try to read it in one sitting if possible, partly out of pure anticipation and partly because I don't want to accidentally encounter a spoiler. I did this for "Half-Blood Prince" as well, and I'm glad I did because people were posting "SNAPE KILLED DUMBLEDORE" all over the place. ...And that would've ruined my read.
