According to Wikipedia: When a boy enters puberty, after his testicles begin to grow his penis begins to enlarge, just like the rest of his genitals. The penis grows longer until the age of 18, but growth in width only begins at the age of 13. During the process, pubic hair grows above and around the penis. So it seems, 18 years is the answer. I guess this may vary...but this must be the average or general rule.

From personal experience, I would have to say it can continue to grow at least in to your mid-20's. I'm 26, and my penis has--much to my surprise--grown 1/2 an inch in the past year. Don't ask me how or why. I will also tell you that my armpit hair did not grow in until I was 18, so I guess it is relative to the individual.

I am 17 in 5 months and im 6.5+inches; I find that penis growth is proportional to all other growth of the body and is definitely directly linked to hormonal changes. Penis growth should finish when puberty does, but when puberty finishes is a personal matter. It is different for everybody. I think that if by the time you have had one growth spurt it is 5.0inches you will have 6-7.0 inches and if one more then 7-8.0 inches etc... But when you have sex you will be asking different questions like what is the best way to stimulate your partner and how should i approach anal; other matters take precedence because the size of your william is not a big deal; considering at least 6in length 5cm girth. More is better but can be difficult to be good (agile and technique etc..) with a very big machine between your legs. Hope this helped buddy.

I have read that it depends on the person. For some people it take until the end of their 20's some end at at early teens. If you want to HELP your penis SEEM bigger, cut some weight. For every 35 pounds you lose your penis will seem an inch bigger (sorry light weight guys, this doesn't really apply to you). I'm blessed I'm 19 and I'm 8 in. long but I'm kinda thin for the length. Growth and development all depend on the individual.

most of you guys are full of crap.especially those of you who said your dick was like between 11 and 14 inches long! ESPECIALLY if you are 12! the AVERAGE (which means most) FULLY grown penis size is 5 inches erect. so stop lying and "bragging"! your dick is prolly no bigger then a normal guys.
