According the my six year old granddaughter, it's when you can't eat candy any more. When asked if that meant I couldn't eat it after she told my husband he couldn't, she said, "No, you can still eat candy, Grandma." I asked her why. She said because my face wasn't full of wrinkles like Papa's.
