i reckon both. where i live there is a big problem with drugs and crime is higher now. i think the crime is higher because people commit crime to fund their drug habbits. alcohol causes problems aswell because people do stupid things when they are drunk.

Both are drugs that cause serious problems. Alcohol and Nicotine cause more death and health related problems that all the other ones combined....but....we have made it a legal drug. So, at least with alcohol you won't get arrested for using it unless you cause trouble in public or at home. That makes the other drugs more problematic, and alcohol more tolerable....up to a point...

They are both drugs, so it's the same. And both can be deadly, and hard to stop.

It's hard to generalize "drugs" into one category, since some drugs are relatively harmless while others are addictive and deadly. Personally, I think alcohol is a bigger problem, because it's legal people think that makes it okay to abuse it.

They are just about equal. Alcohol is alcohol and speaks for itself. Most pain-relieving drugs and tranquilizers contain some form of alcohol.

alcohol would be the worst drug I have encountered People don't know when they're too drunk on the drug alcohol. Alcohol: "I'm not drunk, I'm not drunkkkkk......" Marijuana: "wow man I'm high" :-)

well to be honest i think that both of them are a problem. but if i was to choose one to be worse than the other i would have to choose drugs. not for its affects on the person that is under the influence, but simply because of the economical issues that it brings. for those of you that think mary jane, along with other drugs will be legalized u are mistaken. so therefor, it is illegal to use or distribute this product. but there are some people who for personal gain sell these products. all of the moneys that are made from the illegal transactions are taken out of the normal cerulation of our economy and are then untaxable moneys. this takes away from the funding that is supposed to keep our county afloat. instead u have a bunch of zombies walking around all messed up and a shitty economy. when it comes to alcohol, we have made it leagal for citizens to use it and it is sold in a controled environment and is taxed. i will not dispute that alcohol does mess u up more than some drugs, but at least it is taxed. many people do not like paying taxes but it is nessisary......

think about it... more people have died related to alcohol issues. alcohol in my eyes doesnt allow you to function as well as if you were on drugs (any drugs) and from my experiences drugs simply give you a different perspective on life, they dont impair your judgement in a way where you are unaware of the things you are doing.
