  • you can try baking soda in a glass of water ,it will do one of two things , make you puke faster or it will settel your stomack.
  • Regular old bread is the best thing to eat in my opinion as coming from someone who has had to pay the price many times for drinking too much the night before. Coca Cola is supposed to settle the stomach. Bananas are ideal because of the potassium but don't risk it until you can handle bread.

Wnen youve gotten to the point of vomiting from drinking, youre already too late to do much about it (not to mention youve drunken WAY to much). Just vomit... your body needs to get rid of the toxin; and alchahol IS a poisonous toxin. Why not try to controll your drinking instead of your vomit? Instead of slamming drinks for an hour straight, have a beer or mix, wait 20 or so mins, then gauge how you feel and go from there. mark how many drinks it takes for you to get toasted and dont go beyond that number. drink water as you drink your alchahol, this will keep you from getting dehydrated. For hangovers: First off, DO NOT GO TO BED DRUNK!! Drnk a few cups of water before you do go to bed The following morning, drink gatoraid, poweraid or any other sports drink. avoid soda or high sugar drinks. Coffee (again) dosent do much. Why gatoraid? drinking water helps, as your body is essentially dehydrated; water pushed out from the alchahol. this also affects your electrolites. gatoraid and other sports drinks help replenish your water/electrolite balance.

  • Stop eating and drinking. Give it a rest. After awhile, drink something with ginger in it like ginger beer or ale, even slices of fresh ginger in some water, a tad of sugar, or eat some candied ginger. IF that stays down, after a half hour, try some saltine crackers

  • im really sick right now and the only thing that is staying down is cold lemon tea preferibly lipton i used the mix it your self thing and i heard flat coke does the trick
