Nothing. I don't waste my time, words or energy on people I hate.

You screwed up my childhood and warped my perception of the world and you probably didn't even realise you were doing it. I get that you had issues, and I'm sick of wasting energy hating you, it's just really hard to undo the damage that you did.

In the past, I have allowed you to cause me pain, heartache and hate for myself. I have come to see that you were doing the best you could with what you knew. We are free from each other now. I release you and forgive us both.
