It really depends on what it is. Most of the time it is true. Sense this is a philosophetic question I will say TRUE. The Truth is what we must know. We strive to know the truth. Not knowing the truth is like a splinter inside your brain (I believe that analogy is used somewhere in the movie the matrix). The truth is entirely True and not false. We don't really handle the whole truth if we say false, because what is false will most likely actually have some truth in it. Either way we are hearing some of the truth so you might as well hear the whole truth. EXAMPLE: Cashier: Would you like a drink? Metheaveragejoe: Sure what do you have? Cashier: Well I you don't want to know the whole truth so I can't tell you Metheaveragejoe: Can I have orange juice? Cashier: Maybe, but maybe not you said false to the (Can you handle the truth question) so you will never know for sure. Metheaveragejoe: Wow I wish I would have said true. WHOOPS I THOUGHT THE QUESTION SAID "CAN YOU HANDLE THE TRUTH" ITS JUST REALLY LATE RIGHT NOW SO YEAH.
