My computer has no audio output device. how do i get one or download so I can hear my cd?

You cant download a device, Its a physicial thing, such as a sound card. Does your computer have a sound card ?, if not you need one. If it does, it maybe the drivers are not installed, they should be on a disk that came with your PC or sound card.
