By taking a picture, forcing myself to smile. Somehow it's hard to stay sad when you're smiling, even though it's forced, your body tells you that you haven't forgotten how to be happy :D

Trying to get the things done that my husband wanted to do and had to leave unfinished. It makes me feel better to keep promises. Then trying to think that tomorrow will be a better day than today and ad infinitum.

Think happy thoughts and smile alot,and if that doesnt work go out shopping and buy myself something nice that always works.

-I eat chocolate if I can. -I try to skip whenever possible instead of walk, even if it is only around the house. -I do things which amuse myself, there are endless amounts of these activities. -I blast music so loud through my iPod earphones I'm surprised I'm not deaf yet. -I spend time in the company of people I like.

With music. I put music on as soon as I get up and listen to it any chance I get through the day. Everything is much better with music on.

By being an unsocial sociablity that is living as an individual with the desire to be in the company of others but also having the charactersitic of having everything there own way, wanting to live freely but allowing others to live freely as well. This of course is difficult for others to live with because others want their way too. If this way of thought is pursued that the world will learn to be a world of no conflicts, no wars, no attachments.The truest state of enlightment.

Good grief, a miracle has just occurred here in the UK. Believe it or not, the sun has just come out.....WOW. Forget the shoes, I have bigger fish to fry - I need to get out to the garden before it goes in and I miss it.....

I start the day off waking up, going barefoot in shorts (regardless of the time of year)inside of course in the winter, and brew some fresh hot coffee and relax and sip it until I can open my other eye.

I try to block out the bad things and remember all the happiest moments in my life.

I work out, say hello to people, and try to bring the world up and notch and not down.

I love looking at photos. Looking over past photos of all my friends and family and the fun times and memories we've created always makes me happy.

I try and find some humor in the world. I observe people and what they do, and I draw a comical conclusion. It's fun.

I practice meditation and Yoga.

I skip breakfast and head for the donut shop, for a couple chocolate covered donuts and a cup of coffee. it is just the right kinda start that makes the day just flow with perfection.

I like to throw clay on the wheel or just create something...lifts my spirits some. Throwing clay seems to center me altogether.

I buy myself something special that I don`t normally buy. An ice cream from Dairy Queen, a donut from Tim Hortons, maybe even the odd chocolate bar. A small thing such as this can really make your day so much more enjoyable.
