The key pad on my LG chocolate phone stops working on and off. I can use the menu button and go through all the settings and tools then within a few minute it just completely quits working. Can anyone help?

You should contact LG and whoever sold you the phone. Because it works initially it sounds like some kind of software glitch.

i have the same problem i think this phone should be brought off the market as of this fault i now HATE this phone and currently in the process of buying a new phone you sohuld do the same

Its not a software glitch, its a hardware problem. After time, heavy use, dropping ect ect the phones touchpad sensors begin to wear down. Or something might have come loose, if its under warranty take it back if not take it to a phone repair store.
