  • make sure when the ball is thrown your arms follows through to the direction of the reciever. try throwing slowly at first and aim to get it accurate.
  • Another good idea other than the one above is to take a deep breath before you through and then let it out when you throw. This improves your concentration
  • The easiest way is to shuffle your feet towards the target while "pointing" your leading shoulder to the target. Make sure to follow through and "let it go". Do not try to aim it (when aiming, one tends to rely too much on just the arm motion and not the body motion). Trust your body's ability. This will keep your body closed and will keep your arm on plane eliminating the chances of "opening up" too soon causing the ball to drift away.
  • Don't be the mayor of Cincinnati, for one.
  • go for the generic point step throw. point your leading foot (left if you're a righty, right if you're a lefty) toward the person you're throwing to, toe pointed toward him as well. Point your glove directly at his chest, then follow through over your shoulder (don't sidearm it) and after you release keep your throwing hand pointed toward the person you're throwing to. keep at it, you'll get it.
  • You need to follow through after the ball is released. After you master that you will be very accurate
